Shipping Policy

Mahdeen Beauty International does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products.

We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Lost in Shipping

Any orders lost during shipping will not be Mahdeen Beauty International's responsibility.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages incurred due to the shipper-carrier is the responsibility of the carrier and must be addressed directly to them.

Shipping Responsibility on Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

Other Policies:

The majority of Mahdeen Beauty International orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.

Mahdeen Beauty International does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Mahdeen Beauty International ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order.

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Other Restrictions:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Some items may exceed the acceptable conditions for free delivery and are calculated as an extra fee for certain products.
